King ratifies Bahrain business law
Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified a law on limited liability partnership (LLP) that stipulates regulations while conducting a business.
The Prime Minister and the relevant ministers shall enforce the law that would become effective 30 days after its promulgation in the Official Gazette.
Another law, which was also ratified yesterday, was issued to amend the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organisation. The Agreement on Trade Facilitation was inserted into Annex 1A of the existing agreement. The law will be effective a day after it is published in the Official Gazette.
