325,205 people entered Bahrain in seven days
Manama : The Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs (NPRA) on Thursday said 325,205 people had entered the Kingdom of Bahrain between July 28 and August 3.
According to the weekly report, 266,112 arrived from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries via King Fahad Causeway, 58,916 through Bahrain International Airport and 177 through ports.
The 25-kilometre long King Fahad Causeway, the terrestrial link between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, was opened on November 26, 1986. It has been used by millions of travelers and vehicles, making it one of the busiest traffic areas in the Arab world.
