Bahrain expat's murder : Closing arguments next month
Manama : The High Criminal Court will hear the closing arguments in the trial of two Filipinos accused of murdering a Pakistani national next month.
The man’s body was found in an apartment in Hoora, according to the court documents.
Initial investigation confirmed that he was killed with a knife. Eventually, the police managed to nab the two accused, aged 36 and 39.
The investigators found out that one of the men failed to settle a debt and this motivated him to commit the
crime.
Prosecutors revealed that it was the first defendant who stabbed the victim, while the other man abetted the
crime.
The pair, according to the court documents, robbed several belongings of the Pakistani man including his bank cards and money, before leaving the scene.
