313,746 people entered Bahrain from August 11-17
Manama : The Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs (NPRA) on Thursday said 313,746 people had entered the Kingdom of Bahrain on August 11-17.
According to the weekly statistic, 250,370 arrived from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries via King Fahad Causeway, 63,044 through Bahrain International Airport and 323 through ports.
The 25-kilometre long King Fahad Causeway, the terrestrial link between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, was opened on November 26, 1986. It has been used by millions of travelers and vehicles, making it one of the busiest traffic areas in the Arab world.
