Bahrain Education Minister to improve school timing
Manama : Education Minister, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, and Civil Service Bureau (CSB) President, Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed, held a meeting which they devoted to discussing the School Time Improvement Project, implemented by the Education Ministry since 2008 within the initiatives of the National Project to Develop Education and Training, and included in the Government’s Action Plan.
The minister affirmed the importance of maintaining the School Time Improvement Project, given its role as an effective and positive tool to achieve quality education. He explained that the scheme had yielded positive results as it enabled the Ministry to implement an integrated system to monitor achievements on the ground and provid enough time for professional development sessions and programmes for teachers.
CSB President said that the School Improvement allowance had been studied by CSB specialists through their meetings with the Education Ministry’s officials, affirming CSB’s keenness to ensure that the development of the educational process continues in the best way to build a better future for Bahraini students.
Al-Zayed commended the efforts exerted by the Education Ministry’s officials to develop education in the kingdom, reiterating CSB’s keenness to cooperate with the Ministry’s specialists to remove all obstacles in order to improve the educational output and ensure a prosperous future for the coming generations.
