Galaxy Note 7 replacement to start next week in Bahrain
Manama : Samsung Electronics Co. has announced that it would start an exchange programme for owners of its Galaxy Note 7 smartphone in Bahrain early next week.
Its accredited local agent in Bahrain, Bin Hindi Informatics W.L.L, has officially notified the Customer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
Customers will reserve the right to obtain interim phones from the supplier pending the replacement of their Galaxy Note 7 devices to ensure their safety and protect them from any potential harm.
Customers included in the recall are requested to report to any of the Samsung branches run by the local agent: Samsung Brand Showroom at the Bahrain City Centre Mall, Samsung Showroom -Seef Mall Muharraq, Samsung Experience Showroom at the GOSI Complex, Samsung Experience Showroom -Sultan Mall and Samsung Showroom at Juffair Mall in Manama.
The directorate urged customers included in the Galaxy Note 7 recall to obtain the interim phones until their recalled cellphones are replaced.
