Ticket sales peaking for Brave's premier showdown

Manama : Fight fans are flocking to buy the hottest event tickets in town, Brave Combat Federation’s premier event on September 23rd, in Khalifa Sports City, Isatown. 

The event named Brave "The Beginning" is aptly named as it is the first global MMA promotion to grace the middle-east – and will trigger a new era in MMA.

Tickets for the event don’t simply entitle fight fans to witness the fights and the magic taking place in the cage, but a host of truly memorable events surrounding fight night as well.

The Open Work Out will be the first opportunity for fans to get close to the fighters, as they go through some of their training routines, showcasing the skills they have been practicing and perhaps the very same move they will use to finish their opponent come fight night. Watching the fighters practicing their movements, combinations, wrestling, flamboyant techniques and all forms mixed martial arts they have learned, is truly something to behold. 

Following the Open Work Out will be the next event, the Weigh-Ins. In all forms of unarmed combat, fighters must make a weight limit, to ensure that it’s a fair fight between two men of equal stature. This is often the most thrilling part of an event because it takes place a day before the fight and at this point, tension has reached boiling point! The fighters have undergone a long, hard process to prepare for this moment, they often cut weight which means they cut down on food and water, meaning they’re often ready to fight there and then. Following the fighters standing on the scales they will face-off for the cameras and this is where excitement starts bubbling over as the fighters must stare deeply into each-others’ eyes before going to war – intense!

Then comes the third major event, which the ticket will give you access to the fights! This fight card not only features the crème de la crème of local fighters, from around the middle-east, but some of the finest MMA fighters on the planet. It’s truly stacked full of fight-of-the-night contenders and you can expect one thing from these bouts – fireworks. The Brave matchmaker has made sure that the fans will be treated to a memorable show. Headlining the show is Mohammad “The Latest” Fakhreddine’s bout against the undefeated Brazilian “Monstro” Thiago Vieira, and other notable mentions are The Mexican Wolf, Masio Fullen and the 21-year-old Jordan sensation Abdul Kareem Al-Selwady.

Finally, after all the action is done, the ticket gains fight fans to the post-fight party where the relax and enjoy some good food and music.
