Batelco cancels ‘complete digital solution’ package
Manama : Batelco announced yesterday the cancellation of its broadband package, the ‘complete digital solution for small businesses’. The move follows an Emergency Order by TRA, dated 8 September 2016.
The company said all existing customers with this package may choose to move to an alternative Batelco small business broadband package or to an alternative provider within 14 days of this notice, with such migration being at no extra cost to the customer.
Batelco also noted that customers not making contact with Customer Service shall be migrated to their previous broadband package (if applicable) or to the nearest equivalent package. Batelco said it apologises for any inconvenience caused.
