LMRA’s unique services assessed

ManamaThe Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) must keep on innovating its services as Bahrain enters a new phase of private sector-led growth that provides vast opportunities, said Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

“The recent enactment of laws and regulations as well as the considerable increase in the number of commercial registrations through the Sijilat commercial registration portal proves it,” Prince Salman noted.

During his visit to the LMRA headquarters yesterday, HRH Crown Prince praised the LMRA’s long-standing role in advancing Bahrain’s labour market. “But these efforts must continue to further improve customer services.”

The Crown Prince also highlighted that the citizens are at the centre of all government developmental efforts. He emphasised that continuing to enhance Bahrain’s labour market is a crucial part of meeting HM the King’s aspirations to improve citizens’ living standards.

HRH Crown Prince added that labour market development must continue in a manner that reduces the complexity of procedures, whilst ensuring that oversight and customer experience in public services are improved.
