Alba names new Finance Manager
Manama : Aluminium Bahrain (Alba) yesterday named Ahmed A. Qader Ishaq, a Bahraini national, as the Manager for Financial Accounting and Controlling.
Commenting on the appointment, Alba’s Chief Executive Officer Tim Murray said: “At Alba, we firmly believe in developing and promoting employees from within the Company. Ahmed has demonstrated strong leadership in executing various projects successfully. His commitment and contribution towards the financing requirements of Line 6 Expansion Project is noteworthy. I am confident that Ahmed will raise the department’s profile.”
Ahmed Qader holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and joined Alba in July 2010 as the Head of Internal Audit bringing with him vast experience in Finance and related fields. Currently, he is enrolled in MBA at ESSEC through the French Arabian Business School, Bahrain.
