Court to consider two cases
Manama : The Constitutional Court chaired by Court Chairman Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid Al Khalifa will convene on Wednesday to consider two constitutional cases.
The first case was lodged challenging the constitutionality of Article 36 of the procedural code of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)’s Commercial Arbitration Centre (GCC-CAC).
Challenging the constitutionality of Articles 40, 41, 42 and 43 of the Real Estate Lease Law 27/2014, the second case was lodged.
