Firms with foreign capital can undertake commercial activities : PM

Manama : Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has issued two edicts allowing companies with foreign capital to undertake some commercial activities.

Under the two edicts, certain companies will be able to undertake commercial activities with an ownership rate of 100 per cent while others will be allowed to do the same with 49pc ownership.
