Global auditing firm opens new branch in Bahrain

Manama : Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organisation (TAG-Org) has inaugurated a new branch in the Bahrain Financial Harbor (BFH) near Bahrain Investors Centre, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Tourism as a professional accredited office.

This step aims at providing administrative, financial, professional and consulting services to investors and clients of the centre.

Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh stated that the establishment of this office –TAG-Org's third branch in Bahrain- comes as part of the Organisation's policies in providing professional services to everyone around the world though our 86 offices and 150 representative offices. 

The new branch will provide a host of services such as: Establishment of companies and branches, and all procedures and amendment in SIJILAT system for the existing companies and establishments such as change of partners, change of capital, change of activities, change of commercial name, change the legal status of the entity, Audit services, merger, deletion and liquidation services, follow up the legal status of the companies and establishments. 

The branch will also provide financial and management consulting, and the new "coaching" services for business development, where a study is conducted and systemically optimised to develop management methods by guiding 80% of the way of thinking and work development to a 20% productive and developed for business, and work will continue with this institution or company until achieving the desired goals.

The Bahraini Investors Centre (BIC) is considered a "One Stop Shop" centre that facilitates all services and procedures required to invest in Bahrain. 

The BIC was established to facilitate the business start-up process, from the initial application submission to the start of business operations. 

All investors can direct their applications to a single point of contact through the various delivery channels provided at the BIC. Major government entities involved in the licensing and approval process are either represented in the BIC or linked to its Commercial Registration System (CRS). In addition, private sector partners at the BIC provide vital services to investors, such as consultancy, finance, banking, and telecommunications.
