Comfortable victory for Steven Hill
Manama : Steven Hill (21 points) enjoyed a comfortable win in this week’s Monday Night Lights competition at the Royal Golf Club and two points ahead of Rob Lane (19).
The count back system was used to determine third place after three competitors all achieved 18 points apiece.
Murtuz Zamanly grabs third place, Sattam Al Gosaibi and Rajinder Sachdeva win fourth and fifth place respectively.
The individual stableford rainbow challenge competition was played under floodlights on the back 9 holes of the Club’s Montgomerie championship course and rounded off with a prize presentation ceremony in the Club’s Members’ Lounge. Monday Night Lights 9 hole competitions are open to club members and to non-members with an official handicap with competition teeing off with a 6:30pm shotgun start.
