Bahraini man's drug case verdict on October 31
Manama : Court ruling will be announced on October 31 in the trial of a Bahraini suspected of peddling drugs for an inmate. The defendant was arrested along with another two Russian women, both of whom are also standing trial with him. The man told judges at the High Criminal Court that he had established contact with the inmate while they were together in jail and he was providing him with drugs.
“When I call him to supply me with drugs, he would request me to put money in some places. After sometime he would inform me about the drugs’ locations,” the accused told prosecutors.
The Bahraini man was arrested with the two Russian women following a sting operation. Different types of drugs had been seized from them.
