HM King issues decree regarding protected-cell companies
Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Law Decree 22/2016 on Protected-Cell Companies regarding their definition, establishment, registration, activities, assets, capital, articles of association, management and supervision over them.
The decree tasked the Prime Minister and the ministers each in his domain to implement this law effective after thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
