British institute's licence revoked

ManamaA British training centre had been shutdown by the authorities recently for “repeatedly violating the Kingdom’s rules and regulations”.

This was mentioned in the Official Gazette published on Thursday. The journal published the latest decision of Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Humaidan to revoke the licence of the Bahrain branch of Dynamic Training Institute.

The decision, which is the 86th of the Minister this year, mentioned that the institute continued to violate the Kingdom’s regulations.

“The licence of the institution was withdrawn due to the violations detected during a field visit conducted on January 18, in relation to the expiry of its permit and not meeting the conditions of renewing it. The decision was taken based on the report submitted by the inspectors,” it was published in the Official Gazette, which also mentioned that the decision was released on September 26.

The second article of the decision stipulated that “the institute should bear all financial and legal consequences”. The Minister added that the ministry’s Training Affairs Assistant Undersecretary should guarantee that decision comes into effect on Friday. However, no comments were available from the institute.
