Bahrain slams Sinai terror attack
Manama : The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain condemned the terrorist attack, which targeted one of the checkpoints in North Sinai Governorate of Egypt, killing and wounding a number of Egyptian Armed Forces members.
In a statement yesterday, the ministry expressed its condolences to the families of the martyrs. It also wished speedy recovery to all the injured in the terrorist act.
Meanwhile, the ministry affirmed Bahrain’s solidarity with Egypt in confronting violence, extremism and terrorism.
“We vow full support for all the measures to reinforce security, consolidate stability and protect the state institutions,” it added.
