3rd National Conference for Bahraini Women in November
Manama : The third National Confe-rence for Bahraini Women will be held from November 1 and 3 under the patronage of Wife of His Majesty the
King and Supreme Council for Women Chairwoman HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa.
It is held as part of the Bahraini Women’s Day 2016, under the theme “Bahraini Women in the Legal and Judicial Field.”
SCW Secretary-General Hala Al-Ansari said the conference is a new opportunity to highlight women’s situation in the legal and judicial field after the first Arab Women Summit in 2001, which tackled the issue of “Women and the Law” issue.
The conference targets women from all age groups and social segments, especially those working in the legal and judicial fields, as well as school and university students.
