Court to hear murder case trial on November
Manama : Prosecution witnesses will be heard on November 16 in the trial of two Filipino men, aged 36 and 39, accused in the murder of a Pakistani man.
According to court reports, the victim’s body was found in an apartment in Hoora, and initial investigation confirmed that he was killed in a knife attack.
Investigators later revealed that one of Filipino men borrowed money from the victim and his failure to settle the debt lead to the killing.
Prosecutors said that the second defendant abetted the crime. The pair, according to court documents, robbed several belongings of the Pakistani man before leaving the crime scene, including bank cards and cash.
The primary defendant told the prosecutors earlier that his co-defendant wasn’t involved in the crime.
