UAE Exchange celebrates Customer Service Week
Manama : UAE Exchange, a leading global remittance, foreign exchange and payment solutions brand, has announced its activities for Customer Service Week throughout its operations in 31 countries across 5 continents.
In Oman, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, the event was celebrated from 9 to 13 October.
In Africa, America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and other Middle Eastern countries, celebrations were held from 9 to 13 October.
In Bahrain, it began on Monday and continues until Saturday.
“Customer Service Week is our way of celebrating the culture of service in customer care and how our every step is towards enhancing customer experience further,” said Promoth Manghat, Chief Executive Officer, UAE Exchange Group.
