Manama Entrepreneurship Week to benefit 2,000 people
Manama : Capital Governorate Governor Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa inaugurated the second edition of Manama Entrepreneurship and Youth Leadership Empowerment Week at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Shaikh Hisham confirmed that the five-day event would benefit 2,000 individuals of both genders, as it will include 30 speakers from the US, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and other countries.
“It’s a true opportunity for the youth to take a closer look at internationally successful entrepreneurship experiments, enabling them to learn from them. The event will include speakers in three major fields, which are information and communication technology, social media platforms and business management skills,” the governor said.
He also commented that organising the event for the second consecutive year comes within the governorate’s commitment towards youth empowerment and investing in them.
The event will include several symposiums and open talks at different establishments such as Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) in Juffair, the Capital Club at Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH) and the Applied Science University (ASU) in Eker.
