New batch enter Strathclyde MBA programme
Manama : A new batch of students from Bahrain have begun the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) programme offered by the University of Strathclyde. The course is held in partnership with the training arm of CBB and The Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).
The MBA programme celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, and has recently been ranked number 41 in the world by the 2016 Financial Times. The programme is also one of the top 10 in UK and Europe.
The students would complete the entire programme in Bahrain, which includes intensive weekend workshops led by academics from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland.
The Strathclyde MBA Programme Director for ME, Dr Ron Bradfield, said: “The structure of the programme means that students in Bahrain can benefit from a world-class MBA programme and still continue to work at the same time.”
Commenting on the partnership, BIBF’s Head of Academics and Quality Assurance, Dr Keith Sharp, said: “This is a great opportunity for future generations of leaders in Bahrain.” For more information call 17815555 or email info@bibf.com, or visit www.bibf.com.
