Azaitar signs deal with Brave

Manama : Moroccan Ottman Azaitar has signed a deal with Brave Combat federation and plans to compete at Brave 2 ‘Dynasty’ on December 2 at Khalifa Sports City in Isa Town.

The event is headlined by a featherweight title fight pitting Masio Fullen of Mexico against Iraq’s Alan Omer and the main co-event sees Dagestan’s Gadzhimusa Gaziev facing off with Nottingham’s Briton Carl ‘Bomber’ Booth.

Azaitar joins the promotion with a seven-fight unbeaten streak. With his aggressive style and brute power has destroyed 5 of his 7 opponents in the opening round. 

In his last appearance in the cage, his performance sent shivers down the spine of his upcoming opponents when he smashed Lukasz Szczerek.

Azaitar will be fighting out of Team Jupps Fight Team and representing Morocco, his country of origin.

“I was told that the promotion is under the patronage of HH Shaikh Khalid. I haven’t met him personally but have seen him in pictures with my close friend Khabib Nurmagomedov. I like to work with people who are close to me or my family.” Azaitar said.

 “When I knew that the promotion is backed up by Shaikh Khalid, I trusted this promotion even more. I saw it can be a good choice or new door in my career and I love representing my country,” he added.
