Outsider Honest Bob’s bags race

Manama : Outsider Honest Bob’s owned by Ramadhan Stable, trained by Jaber Ramadhan and ridden by Jimmy Quinn yesterday won the Late Abdulhadi Al Afoo Cup (Opem 0-80) for three years and upwards over 1,200 metres and worth BD2,000 in the second meeting of the season at the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club in Sakhir.

Half a length behind was Mayfair La owned by Kumail Adel Naji, trained by Abdulla Kuwaiti and ridden by Robert Khathi. Third place was favourite Prince Bonnaire owned by Al Afoo Racing Stable, trained by Mohammed Hassan and ridden by Alberto Sanna, while fourth place went to the second favourite Dodger Marley owned by Sarah Abdullah Kuwaiti, trained by Abdulla Kuwaiti and ridden by  Alberto Sanna.
