Dilmun A, Brit Club A maintain perfect records
Manama : Dilmun Club A maintained a perfect record in the sixth round of matches following a comfortable 48-2 win over St Christopher’s in the DHL Bahrain Expatriate Netball League at the British Club.
Dilmun was in control throughout, opening with a 12-0 first quarter lead and leading 21-1 by half time, they went into the final quarter 33-1 ahead, with players of the match being goal shooter Olivia Wilson for Dilmun and centre Annabelle Brandreth for St Christopher’s.
British Club A also kept its 100 per cent record as they beat Sri Lanka Club 37-5 after opening with an 8-1 first quarter lead and going into half time at 20-2 and leading 30-5 going into the final quarter after some good play by the Sri Lanka team.
Players of the match were goal keeper Stephanie Sutcliffe for Brit Club and Kushi Nagawatta for Sri Lanka.
