Private sector’s role stressed
Vienna : Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa highlighted the important role the private sector can play in driving cooperation between the two countries’ economic sectors.
Prince Salman was receiving Cuban Minister of Industry Salvador Pardo Cruz yesterday at the UNIDO 50th anniversary 2016 Expo, which is being held in Vienna.
During the meeting, the Crown Prince and Minister of Industry discussed South American-GCC relations, as well as ways to expand collaborative opportunities between Bahrain and Cuba.
The Crown Prince and the Minister of Industry also discussed strategic relations between UNIDO and Bahrain, particularly the Kingdom’s strong track record in delivering innovative solutions that facilitate economic empowerment of youth and women through entrepreneurship.
