Tedx Speaker, Trainer, Consultant and First Runner up of 2015 World Championship of public speaking

Aditya Maheswaran will be speaking at an event organised by Krypton Advanced Toastmasters on 23rd November 2016. This event titled “Connect with Confidence” will be hosted in Bahrain Society of Engineers, Juffair. The Event will start at 6:30 pm.

Mr Maheshwaran was placed 2nd in the World Championship of Public Speaking in 2015 held at Las Vegas out of over 40,000 contestants from around the globe. He is the first Indian representing India, to enter the Final round of the Championship. He has coached and mentored numerous clubs and speakers in the past. He is also a TEDx speaker. Mr Maheshwaran is also available in Bahrain to conduct a separate workshop for corporates.

Krypton Advanced Toastmasters fondly called as KAT was formed in 2010 for providing platform for advanced toastmasters in Kingdom of Bahrain. KAT has been conducting events like Krypto Star every year. Kryptostar is started to identify star speakers among the advanced speakers in Kingdom of Bahrain, KAT is also conducting show case event titled “Star of Krypton”. This is being spearheaded by renowned trainer and champion speaker TM Ahmed Shukri.

JEWELLERY ARABIA 2016

Venue: Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Middle East’s premier jewellery and watch exhibition, Jewellery Arabia, is set to celebrate its 25th edition from 22 – 26 November 2016 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre. The spectacular event brings together over 600 exhibitors from 30 countries for a dazzling 5-day gala of glitz and glamour. Spanning 21,000 square metres of exhibition space, a huge range of finished jewellery, luxury timepieces, precious stones, objets d’art, clocks, fine writing instruments and more from around the globe will be on sale. For the 12th successive year, the “Middle East Jewellery of the Year Awards” will be held on the sidelines of the exhibition at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on 21 November 2016.

Held under the patronage of   Zayed R. Alzayani, the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the event is hosted by MPP ME, publishers of the industry magazine title Arabian Watches and Jewellery (AWJ).

The Awards are the culmination of an online public voting system and the analysis of an elite committee comprised of watch, jewellery and pen experts and shall reward the best brand performers across a variety of categories.

Film: Mother of George

Venue: Bharain Cinema Club,Juffair 

Mother of George is a 2013 Nigerian drama film directed by Andrew Dosunmu and tells the story of a newly married Nigerian couple in Brooklyn who own and manage a small restaurant while struggling with fertility issues.

The film premièred in the U.S. Dramatic Competition at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.Cinematographer Bradford Young won Sundance 2013’s Cinematography Award: U.S. Dramatic for his work on this film and Ain’t Them Bodies Saints. Mother of George was also selected as the closing night film at the 2013 Maryland Film Festival.

The film has been acquired for U.S. distribution by Oscilloscope Laboratories.
