Awali Bowling Club annual event held
Manama : Awali Bowling Club held its annual prize presentation and dinner for season 2105/2016 at the Bapco Club, under the patronage of Bapco Manager Public Relations Nawaf Al Ghanem and in presence of Ghazi Radhi Zain, PR Specialist.
Ahmed Al Awadhi and Bahrain Junior Youth National Teams were considered stars of the event as Al Awadhi clinched the 14th Bahrain International Open Championship with prize money of US$25000 plus scoring the perfect game of 300 in the same event.
The Junior National squad won the 2nd GCC championship title and the Youth win the 9th GCC title, were both held in Muscat in August 2015.
The national teams brought home five gold medals in Singles, Doubles, Team and Masters events along with silvers and bronze.
Yousif Falah clinched the Batelco Open title, gold in the 14th GCC event in Dubai. Ahmed Al Khaja also managed a 300 game in the Bahrain Open.
The Club Honorary Chairman Majeed Shafea opened the event by welcoming all the audience the sponsors for their continuous support, congratulating teams and individuals winners.
