Rugby Club A beat Britsh Club B
Manama : Two-time defending champions Rugby Club A edged out British Club B 9-7 after the seventh round of matches in the DHL Expatriate Netball League at the Bahrain Rugby Club in Saar.
Players of the match were goal defence Helen Hind for Rugby and goal keeper Danika Hempel for the British Club.
Despite the loss, British Club earned a consolation point after scoring half or more of the winning total.
British Club A comfortably beat Rugby B 39-3 to main its perfect season record, with players of the match being goal shooter Claire van Minnen for British Club and wing attack Kate Fellowes for Rugby Club.
Dilmun Club A also maintained its perfect record following a 29-5 win over Dilmun Club C.
