HM King issues decree establishing the National Communication Centre
Manama : His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree 84/2016 establishing and organizing the National Communication Centre, affiliated to the Minister of Information Affairs.
The decree specified the duties and powers of the Centre. The decree also specified the below directorates of the Centre under an executive president and vice president to be appointed by a decree:
- Directorate of Monitoring and Analysis.
- Directorate of Communication and Media Relations.
- Directorate Media Office.
- Directorate of Strategic Planning.
- Directorate of Digital Media.
