BBK revamps Mobile Banking Service

Manama  : BBK has announced the launch of its enhanced Mobile Banking service offering customers many of the services the bank offers on Internet Banking. 

The service, according to the bank, provides the convenience of being able to access the banking service anytime, anywhere, with a more pleasant “Banking on the go” experience. 

It also features an Interactive Branch and ATM locator with the geo location allowing customers to easily find the ATM or branch closest to their location, along with the branch timing.

Commenting on the launch, BBK Chief Executive, Reyadh Sater, said: “Customers now have the convenience of conducting banking transactions on their mobile phones, with improved navigation in the palm of their hands.” 

Mobile Banking, provided on an “//https” link for additional security, allows a full view of the accounts details and allows for sophisticated banking transactions to be conducted easily and securely without having to visit a branch. 

“When we revamped the service, we focused purely on transforming the customer experience in order to offer our customers a whole new level of excellence in the Mobile Banking arena,” Sater added.

To take advantage of the new Mobile Banking service visit m.bbkonline.com  from mobile phone’s web browser and use existing customer ID and ePIN. 

Customers may also bookmark the page on mobile phone’s home screen for easier future logins.
