Police dedication hailed
Manama : A tribute was paid to the police in recognition of their dedication in defending Bahrain's security and stability and protecting lives and properties. Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mulla hailed the readiness and competence of the Interior Ministry and affiliated security agencies.
In a statement marking the Bahrain Police Day, which falls on December 14, he paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, hailing the royal support to the security agencies to maintain security and stability and protect national unity.
The Speaker lauded the dedication of the Minister of Interior Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa for his role in developing the security system to keep abreast of latest strides and have more edge in maintaining security and stability, fighting terror and combating corruption and drug trafficking.
