Kingdom pays tribute to martyrs
Manama : The Leadership of the Kingdom yesterday expressed deep pride in the fallen servicemen who sacrificed their lives while defending the nation and its dignity, stressing that they set the best examples of bravery and valour for strengthening peace and security across the kingdom.
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Supreme Council for Youth & Sport Chairman, Bahrain Olympic Committee President & Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) Chairman HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Supreme Council for Youth & Sport First Vice Chairman and Bahrain Royal Equestrian & Endurance Federation President HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa paid tribute to the loyal and brave Bahrainis who sacrificed their lives and fell in the line of duty, in defence of their homeland and nation.
Meanwhile King Hamad thanked the leaders for their congratulations, attendance and participation in the celebrations marking the National Day.
