Draft law to protect community from terror acts
Manama : The Representatives Council endorsed today with the majority of the votes an amended draft law on protecting the community from terror acts, in response to a proposal by the Shura Council to amend article 11 of law 58 for 2006 .
The amended draft law, which was referred to the Shura Council, aims to handle all forms of incitement to commit terror acts which could not be incriminated, therefore allowing the perpetrators to escape punishment under the umbrella of freedom of expression.
