Crown Prince issues Edict restructuring BHB board
Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and President of the Economic Development Board issued Edict 3/2016 restructuring Bahrain Bourse Company's board of directors.
The BHB Company's board of directors has been restructured as follows:
1. Abdul Karim Ahmed Bucheeri
2. Marwan Khalid Tabbara
3. Rana Ibrahim Faqihi
4. Ayman Tawfiq Al Moayed
5. Ali Yusuf Fardan
6. Hassan Ameen Jarrar
7. Yasser Abdul Jalil Al Sharifi
8. Deena Abdul Karim Al Ansari
9. Abdul Rahman Hamid Al Zayani.
The duration of their membership in the board will be three years effective from the date of issuing this edict.
