Al Salam Bank to serve special needs customers
Manama : Al Salam Bank-Bahrain yesterday announced the launch of its banking services and facilities in its branch located in the Seef District that will serve customers with special needs.
New services include a dedicated car parking access, customer service counter, well-equipped ATM services for customers with special needs.
Anwar Murad, Deputy Group CEO of Banking at Al Salam Bank-Bahrain said: We invite our customers with special needs to visit our Seef District branch that features latest core banking technology enabled for visual and auditory banking means to serve the special needs customers.
He further added that the branch is equipped with an ATM for visually impaired, a dedicated customer service counter to open new account or enquire on banking services and transactions, in addition, the Bank also allocated car parking access with entrance area adapted for customers with special needs.
Besides, the staffs are trained to communicate in sign language with customers of hearing disabilities.
