GCC Secretary General condemns terror act
Riyadh : GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani has strongly condemned the terror act which claimed the life of a Bahraini police officer, describing it as a heinous terror crime that contravenes all humanitarian and moral values and principles.
The GCC Secretary General underlined solidarity of the GCC countries with Bahrain in all procedures taken to maintain its security, stability and the safety of its people.
He voiced confidence in the ability of the Bahraini security bodies to uncover the circumstances surrounding the terrorist act and the parties behind the crime as well as the ability to arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
He also extended condolences to the family of the fallen serviceman, the Interior Minister, the Interior Ministry personnel and the Bahraini people.
