UNESCO King Hamad ICT Prize presented
Manama : Minister of Foreign Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa awarded the UNESCO King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa Prize for the use of information and communication technologies in education to Kiron Open Higher Education in Germany at a ceremony organised by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education at UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
Minister of Education Dr. Majid Al Nuaimi also attended the function. The UNESCO King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa Prize for the use of information and communication technologies is awarded for excellence in providing high quality education that meets the international standards.
