The driver escaped unharmed when he noticed smoke emitting from beneath the hood of his car near the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) building in Hoora.

This is the third vehicle to catch flames in Bahrain within 24 hours. A school bus was burnt near the Indian School Bahrain campus yesterday because of a technical issue.
Few kilometres to the east, another car caught flames at a gas station in Buhair. No injuries were reported in both incidents.
