BD 25,000 raised for kids with autism
Manama : The Rotary Club of Manama’s Six-a-Side Football Tournament 2017 on Friday at the Bahrain Rugby Football Club in Saar, was a resounding success in raising BD25,000 which will be allotted to help kids with autism.
This annual tournament is the signature fund-raising event organised by the Rotary Club of Manama on an annual basis with the aim of supporting different humanitarian causes.
The tournament featured a variety of teams from various companies in the kingdom battling against each other in a friendly atmosphere and addressing ways to help children diagnosed with Autism.
Matches were played in the round-robin cum knockout format and the funds raised by participants and attendees will be used to purchase the necessary equipment for the kids.
