King Faisal Highway revamp begins
Manama : The King Faisal Highway is undergoing an expansion to ease the traffic in the area.
Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning, Essam Khalaf announced work has started to open an additional U-Turn lane at the Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH) intersection as part of plans to reduce bottlenecks at vital junctions across Bahrain.
“The ministry submitted a string of urgent projects to the Executive Committee, in line with HRH Crown Prince’s directives to ease traffic congestions”, the minister said.
