Inter Hotel Cricket: Arjaan crush Rotana
Manama : Majestic Arjaan by Rotana crushed the Ramada by 57 runs in the latest round of matches of The Ritz Carlton Bahrain Sixth Inter Hotel Charity Cricket Tournament 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton Staff Recreation area.
Batting first, Majestic Arjaan scored the second highest total so far after scoring 73 for three in its six overs with Jamal (22 off 7 deliveries, 1x6, 2x4) top scoring and Jijo (two for one) the best of the bowlers and then Ramada were bowled out for just 16 in 5.5 overs.
24 teams are in the fray playing round-robin group matches followed by the knockout stage with the final set for 28 March.
This year’s official charity is the Child Wish Society.
