Bowling: Bapco beat Pioneers
Manama : Bapco (20 points) defeated Pioneers 6-2 (14) to win the Golden Triangle League 2017 title organised by the Bahrain Industrial Bowling League at the Fun Land Bowling League in Manama.
Top scoring for Bapco was Mohammed H. Janahi (229) high game and (677) high series and for the Pioneers was Abdul Latif Hassan (229) game and Mahmood Omran (633) series.
Banagas (18) finished in second after winning 8-0 when the other team failed to show with top scorer being Raed Ahmad (223) game and Mohammad Al Murbati (564) series.
This week’s Master Championship competition will be played by the 12 top players with the highest average in scratch game competition.
