iGuzzini training centre opens in Bahrain

Manama : iGuzzini and Al Bait yesterday launched their first and full working ‘iGuzzini Light Experience and Training Centre’ in the Gulf region at the Al Bait Showroom, Manama.

Held under the patronage of Domenico Bellato, Italy’s Ambassador to Bahrain, the official launch featured a networking reception and a series of seminars dedicated to lighting and its culture. 

With Al Bait

The centre, launched in association with iGuzzini’s longstanding distributor Al Bait, with over 30 years of collaboration in the region, will act as a platform devoted to the lighting community across the Middle East. 

At Palace Avenue

Located at the Palace Avenue in Manama, the new centre features a full range of new products and new technologies for both interior and exterior applications. Products on display includes luminaries such as Laser Blade, Trick, Underscore and Palco, besides housing a full range of new products and new technologies for both interior and exterior applications. 

Main hub

The training centre, according to the company, will act as its main hub for the entire Gulf region. Besides using it as a platform for internal training and the team’s technical/educational activities, the centre will also serve as the company’s main educational platform in the region. The centre will hold an extensive programme of workshops, seminars and lectures dedicated to architects, lighting designers, professionals, students and  to lighting passionate.

Light experience, Outdoor lab

The new centre includes two functional zones: the ‘Light Experience’ for interaction with lighting and its effects and the ‘Outdoor Lab’, for experiencing Street and Urban lighting fittings.
