DLS 2017 to promote medical tourism
Manama : Dentists from over 20 countries across the globe will participate in a two-day Dentist’s Lifestyle Conference and Exhibition (DLS 2017) which focuses on enhancing Bahrain’s potential as a medical tourism destination.
The event, which begins tomorrow at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre (BIECC), is held under the patronage of Lieutenant General Doctor Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, President of the Supreme Council for Health. The conference concludes on Friday.
DLS 2017 aims to support the national efforts in promoting medical tourism in Bahrain and to showcase the importance of providing dentists with a healthy lifestyle to help increase their productivity.
The conference sessions will be moderated by international experts and professionals in Medicine and Dental. The event also includes series of lectures, workshops and meetings highlighting recent developments in the Dental field.
Moreover, the conference highlights the dentists’ academic, social and work life in addition to featuring a panel discussion with well-knows health care figures including Dr Majd Naji, Dr Mamdouh Ashy and Sami Al Haddad.
On the sidelines of the conference, an exhibition will be held bringing together various companies from Bahrain, GCC countries and the United States to showcase their products.
