Bahrain condemns Baghdad bombing
Manama : Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place in Karrada neighborhood in the Iraqi capital Baghdad and left scores of police personnel dead and injured.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated in a statement Bahrain’s solidarity with Iraq and offered its condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
It affirmed Bahrain's unwavering stance rejecting violence, extremism and terrorism, calling on the international community to step up efforts to eradicate the phenomenon and root out its underlying causes.
