Batelco launches Ramadhan tournament
Manama : Batelco has launched its 22nd edition of the Batelco Ramadhan Football Tournament, which will take place at its Hamala Headquarters in Bahrain during the holy month or Ramadhan.
Chief Executive Officer Muna Al Hashemi said the company’s keenness to support such a tournament has proven to be successful over the past years.
She also announced the company’s strategy in launching the upcoming tournament along with the 22nd Sevens Championship and stressed on the company’s on-going efforts to support activities that empower Bahraini youth with a particular interest in sports activities.
“Batelco will provide first-class services to the organising committee in the hope to record this championship as yet another successful one, adding to the series of victories achieved in previous editions,” said Al Hashemi.
“This championship comes as part of Batelco’s national role and commitment to serve the community, especially in the field of sports, as well as supporting the youth who represent the Kingdom’s prosperity and progress,” she further added.
