Premier praises Duterte’s efforts
Manama : Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa praised the dedicated efforts of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte to achieve development and maintain stability in his country.
HRH the Prime Minister made the comments while speaking with Special envoy of the Philippine President to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries Dr. Amable R. Aguiluz, at Gudaibiya Palace.
The Premier said that both the countries “can achieve shared economic, trade and investment interests by building bridges of cooperation.”
HRH Prince Khalifa also expressed Bahrain’s interest in expanding aspects of cooperation with the Philippines to achieve shared economic, trade and investment interests.
Dr. Aguiluz thanked HRH the Premier saying that his, “efforts to strengthen bilateral relations has reflected in the amity and understanding of the leaders of the two countries.”
Dr. Aguiluz also reminded HRH the Premier about President Duterte’s invitation to the Philippines.
