The Ritz-Carlton promises Ramadan nights to remember

Manama : Fully embrace Ramadan traditions this season by sharing unique experiences with family and friends at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain’s VIVA Ramadan tent – Al Khayma - whilst enjoying the return of the talented Lebanese celebrity, Margo Kassar for an evening of blissful entertainment.

This year, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain is promising an unmatched Ramadan experience starting from a culinary journey with a newly tailored menu by Executive Chef Christian Knerr, the newly appointed chef who recently joined from Harrods, London. 

The menu will offer a large spread buffet featuring international cuisines, including Eastern Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican and European with live cooking stations of fresh breads, saj, crepes; among others.  The dining experience will be underpinned by enchanting Turkish and Egyptian menus by two visiting Chefs who will be flown in from the region to join the culinary team to handcraft an authentic Turkish and Egyptian experience that will entice all taste buds and preferences.  

As for dessert, guests will be able to indulge in the return of the famous chocolate room, featuring a theme around the storytelling of the legendary tree of life of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Pastry Chefs will also be creating scrumptious chocolate confections including fondue, truffles, corals and bonbons, with chocolate art walls and plenty of edible artwork, as well as cocoa bean concoctions for everyone to taste. Lastly, the Iftar buffet will also present the making of the Turkish Ice Cream – Dondurma.

The Khayma offers an indoor and outdoor smoking section offering a selection of traditional as well as special-flavors of shisha. 

Guests will also have the option to enjoy additional comfort by selecting the dedicated service of their own private pergola for Iftar and Ghabgha which offers a silverware service; a popular venue for the most discerning guests in search of a refined service.
